All content, materials, methodologies, and resources provided on the WPETech website (www.wpetech.com) or delivered through our services, including but not limited to the Instruction Manuals for Reality (IMR), systemic frameworks, digital templates, text, graphics, logos, and audio/video materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Wojciech Pawlik Enterprise. These assets are classified as Commercial Proprietary (CP) and are strictly protected by Polish and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Upon the purchase of any digital resource or service, WPETech grants the buyer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license strictly for personal or internal business use by a single individual. This transaction constitutes a license to use the materials, not a transfer of ownership rights to the underlying intellectual property.
To protect our Intellectual Sovereignty Documentation (DIS) and the integrity of our systems, the following actions are strictly prohibited without prior explicit written consent from Wojciech Pawlik Enterprise:
Copying, reproducing, duplicating, or reverse-engineering any purchased digital materials, instructions, or frameworks.
Distributing, sharing, transmitting, publishing, or reselling access to the resources to any third parties or unverified users.
Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works based on our proprietary methodologies and operational manuals.
WPETech actively monitors and defends the integrity of its digital assets. Any unauthorized use, breach of the single-user license, or attempt at intellectual theft will result in the immediate and permanent termination of access to all purchased resources without the right to any refund. Furthermore, Wojciech Pawlik Enterprise reserves the right to pursue full legal and financial remedies, including claims for damages, against any infringing party in the competent jurisdiction.
